Aaron Suzar joined L&S Advisors in 2017 as Managing Director. In this role, he focuses on relationship management and business development for high-net-worth families, family offices, foundations, and institutions.
Aaron brings a global, macroeconomic perspective on the markets to his work with clients and their personal objectives. He specializes in selecting investment vehicles based on a deep understanding of balancing certainty and risk to optimize growth and capital preservation.
Aaron began his career in financial services at Julius Baer & Co.’s Private Bank in 2002. He subsequently went on to work as a securities analyst at JMG Capital Management, then later joined UBS as a Client Advisor. Immediately prior to L&S, he worked as a relationship and portfolio manager at a Los Angeles-based registered investment advisor (RIA).
Aaron received his B.A. from University of Southern California and his M.B.A. from Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California.
On the personal side
Aaron is the rarest breed of LA city dwellers: a native Angeleno. He was born and raised in West Los Angeles, where the majority of his family still lives.
Aaron is passionate about community service, and holds leadership positions within the Jewish Federation and the United Way. He is also actively involved in Habitat for Humanity, the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, the Special Olympics, Jewish Vocational Service of Los Angeles, and the Jewish National Fund.
He is also a passionate road tripper and Alfa Romeo enthusiast. When he’s not speeding down the highways, you can usually find him on the tennis court, the golf course, or even the yoga studio.

When it comes to America’s favorite pastime, Aaron’s got skills. In high school, he was named to the Los Angeles Times All-Westside High School Baseball team. He even played college baseball briefly before deciding to hang up his cleats.Back to Our Team
