Craig Weston joined L&S Advisors in 2016 and serves as a Managing Director of the firm. Craig brings a unique perspective to the L&S investment management process with his utilization of both technical and fundamental analysis.
Craig began his career at his family’s investment advisory firm, Weston Capital Management. He spent three decades there, gaining extensive experience helping high-net-worth individuals with their investment needs, developing and enforcing compliance policies, and managing the firm’s operations.
Craig is very active in healthcare volunteerism and outreach. For over ten years, he has served as an Emergency Room Angel, filling a weekly shift in the ER at Providence St. John’s Health Center in Santa Monica. Prior to that, he spent five years volunteering as the California State Ombudsman for nursing homes and assisted living facilities. In this patient advocacy role, he was responsible for ensuring that residents in these facilities were receiving safe, quality care. This led to Craig winning the “Outstanding Senior Advocate” award from WISE Senior Services in 2002. Additionally, he was honored by the State of California and the City of Los Angeles. Craig was also the Director of Senior Outreach at the Parish of St. Matthew in Pacific Palisades for thirteen years.
Craig holds a B.A. from Amherst College, where he graduated cum laude in 1986.
